Lifetime Warranty

All Painted Alloy and Steel Factory OEM Wheels / Rims include a Lifetime Finish Warranty.  This includes standard Silver Alloy and Steel Wheels, Various Colors, and Various Finishes such as Full Face, Machined, Polished, 2 Tone, etc.  This Warranty covers the Clearcoat and Painted Finish on the Face of the Wheel.  
Chrome Factory Original Wheels include a 1 Year Warranty on the Chrome Finish. 

The following are not covered: 
Corrosion from road debris. Corrosion from road salt. Corrosion from brake dust. Corrosion from balancing weights. Wheels which have been raced or used for off-road driving. Wheels which have been improperly installed or damaged during tire mounting. Wheels damaged from pot holes or curbs. Wheels damaged by the use of abrasive cleaners and polishes.  

If warranty service is needed, contact Finish Line Wheels to receive a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). Wheels are shipped to Finish Line Wheels freight prepaid.  After inspection, if Finish Line Wheels determines the product finish is defective, and the product remains under the warranty time period, the product will be repaired or replaced.

Return Policy

All Orders with Finish Line Wheels include a 30 Day Return Option.  The 30 days begins on the date the customer receives the order.  
If you need to set up a return, please contact Finish Line Wheels.  Please include your Name, Order Number, and a detailed explanation on why the return is necessary.  
If the Return Request meets the necessary requirements, we will proved a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) along with the Correct Warehouse address for you to return the order.
We ask that you package the wheels using the same boxes and packaging materials in the box. (please take care to protect the wheel - especially the face and edges of the wheel).  
Please reference the RMA# in the Shipping Address used on the Shipping Label for the box.  This will speed up the refund process.  You may also write the RMA# on the box with a permanent marker. 
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We recommend using a shipping service like UPS or FedEx to send the order back.  (keep your tracking number for your records)  
Note:  
Rims which have been damaged during the tire mounting process cannot be returned.
